The purpose of this job is to support the Services and Solutions portfolio for our client's dealer network, national accounts, leasing network and customers using Connected Services. This role interfaces regularly with Truck Sales, Connected Services Product Team, VGCS and Business Control. This position plays a vital role in client's Group's 2030 goal of 50% revenue from services by accurately and efficiently leading service invoicing and activation for legacy products and future innovative solutions.

Core ResponsibilitiesFacilitate quoting, ordering, and invoicing activities for Connected Services Portfolio Process and maintain customer data required for Connected Services activationProvide product and billing support to dealers and customers in a timely mannerCompile data needed from sales systems for statistical reports, including quote activity, price realization and win/loss reportsSupport the launch of new service offerings by responding to inquiries from dealers, customers and sales managers, as well as relaying dealer feedback to product and IT development teams

Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new IT systems, become Subject Matter Expert on systems to train others. Knowledge of heavy-duty distribution channels and OEM dealer structures.Experience working cross-functionally to accomplish initiatives and projects.Knowledge of Service and Solutions Portfolio preferredPower BI (or equivalent system) and Advanced Microsoft Office computer skills
