We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Human Resources Partner to join our team at United Urology Group. This role will be responsible for deploying HR strategies and initiatives in support of the organization's goals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of facilitating change initiatives, a key focus on culture building, and excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. They will also have the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization, demonstrate a team-oriented work style, and effectively handle shifting priorities.

As a Strategic Human Resources Partner, you will provide daily, strategic HR guidance, including policy implementation, performance evaluation management, employee engagement, and HR compliance. You will develop and maintain partnerships with leaders, investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances, and conduct exit interviews to summarize findings and discuss trends and concerns with the HR Director.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $105,000 per year, based on national averages and the location of Colorado Corporate - Denver, CO. The role offers a competitive benefits package, including tuition reimbursement, health, dental, and vision insurance, corporate discounts, and more.

This is a hybrid role with the ability and willingness to travel to all clinic sites as necessary within a geographic region. The successful candidate will be subject to a pre-employment background check.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
  • Minimum of three (3) years of HR experience
  • Broad knowledge of HR industry practices with demonstrated generalist experience in areas of employee/labor relations, compensation, benefits, recruitment, and talent development
