ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are in search of a Marketing Communications Designer/Copywriter to assist in the creation, design, and production of marketing materials across diverse initiatives. This role offers opportunities for advancement and growth based on the evolving needs of the business and team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, write, and publish digital content to support marketing initiatives.
  • Create and manage new web pages using the company’s content management system.
  • Develop and prepare fresh content for various marketing channels, including email and social media.
  • Support recruitment, events, and sponsorship activities by producing both digital and on-site marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the entire Marketing team to ensure consistent brand representation across all initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-5+ years of experience in graphic design and/or copywriting.
  • Preferred background in B2B, agency, or financial services sectors.
  • Experience across multiple digital and marketing platforms with a willingness to learn new mediums.
  • A creative individual who approaches every project with enthusiasm.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and content management systems.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a consultative approach.
  • A collaborative team player who works effectively with various departments.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

The anticipated compensation range for this position is $28 - $30 per hour. Compensation is determined by various factors including education, relevant experience, certifications, and location.
