Job Summary

This role is a key contributor to the growth and development of HEP Services LLC. As a Strategic Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for supporting corporate and business development teams in evaluating and executing mergers and acquisitions, commercial projects, and other strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in financial modeling, market research, and due diligence processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support business development teams in identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets and strategic partnerships
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate project feasibility and returns on investment
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business plans and strategies
  • Assist in the due diligence process for mergers and acquisitions

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics; MBA or related field preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience in business development, finance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience with financial modeling and market research
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Salary Range
$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
