Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Guest Service Expert to join our team at Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

As a Guest Service Expert, you will be the face of our hotel, interacting with guests, responding to their needs, and ensuring their stay is enjoyable and seamless. You will work closely with our culinary team to provide exceptional food and beverage service, and be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding service, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and ensuring their stay is enjoyable and seamless.
  • Work closely with our culinary team to provide exceptional food and beverage service.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve business objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Less than 1 year of related work experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and move around the hotel.
