Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting clients.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Support the Social Service team by providing information and resources to clients.
