Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring member satisfaction and loyalty
  • Balance cash, manage vaults, and maintain accurate records
  • Open and maintain various types of accounts, including personal and small business accounts, CDs, and IRAs
  • Originate member consumer loan applications and dispute forms
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, understanding their financial goals and objectives
Requirements
  • 1 year of cash handling experience
  • 1 year of sales and/or advising experience
  • 1 year of customer service experience in the financial industry
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Preferred Skills
  • Well-organized, with strong mathematical ability and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
Education and Certifications
  • Minimum of High School Diploma, or equivalent
