About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Assess and address client needs, providing tailored solutions and recommendations
  • Stay up-to-date on consumer and business banking products and services, including digital offerings
  • Collaborate with branch team members and partners to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Open new accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typically 3-4 years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training
  • Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems
