  • We're seeking a seasoned Client Relationship Consultant to join our team, driving business growth and customer satisfaction through strategic relationship building, effective communication, and a deep understanding of consumer and business banking products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
  • BUILD STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS: Foster trust and loyalty with customers, delivering tailored solutions and exceptional service through multi-channel engagement, including in-person, virtual, and digital interactions.
  • STAY UP-TO-DATE ON PRODUCTS AND SERVICES: Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of U.S. Bank's offerings, including deposit and loan products, digital banking solutions, and other relevant services.
  • DEVELOP SOLUTIONS-BASED APPROACHES: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique financial needs, goals, and preferences, providing expert recommendations and guidance to help them achieve success.
  • WORK COLLABORATIVELY: Develop and maintain strong relationships with branch team members, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and a consistent client experience.
Requirements:
  • MINIMUM 3-4 YEARS OF JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE: Proven track record in retail banking, customer relationship management, or a related field.
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Ability to engage and communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • DIGITAL APTITUDE: Familiarity with digital banking platforms, products, and services, as well as experience with demonstrating and educating clients on these offerings.
  • KNOWLEDGE OF CONSUMER AND BUSINESS BANKING PRODUCTS: Ability to understand and explain complex financial concepts, products, and services to clients.
