About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers through proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Assess and address customer needs, providing tailored solutions and recommendations
  • Stay up-to-date on consumer and business banking products and services, including digital offerings
  • Collaborate with branch team members and partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Process transactions, open new accounts, and complete service requests

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • 1-3 years of sales experience
  • Basic knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation, and systems
  • Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Effective selling and referral skills
  • Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
