Senior Business Development Manager, Travel Sector Growth

About the Role:
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. This key growth and transformation role will drive and execute business development strategies to acquire target clients across the Travel sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share in the Travel sector.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Solution Selling: Collaborate with internal teams to design and present tailored IT and business consulting solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role within the IT consulting or services industry.
- In-depth understanding of the Travel sector, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
