Strategic Business Development Manager for Revenue Growth

Rippling, a leading provider of HR, IT, and Finance solutions, is seeking a seasoned Sales Strategy Manager to join its Revenue Operations team. With a strong focus on business growth and development, this role will play a critical part in shaping the company's sales strategy and driving revenue expansion.

The RoleWe are looking for a talented Sales Strategy Manager to partner with senior Sales leaders, build and operationalize strategies, and drive growth across rapidly expanding sales segments. This role offers unique career opportunities and high exposure to senior leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a business partner for Sales & GTM leadership, providing strategic thought partnership and operational cadence.
- BUILDING monthly and quarterly reporting while driving ad-hoc analyses to identify opportunities and problem areas within the business.
- Framing business problems and communicating insights while recommending and executing solutions to opportunities and problem areas.
- LEADING cross-functional strategic projects, including structuring business problems, exploring solutions, implementing/refining processes, and measuring impact.
- PARTNERING cross-functionally on key components of our annual planning process, including modeling and target setting.
- CORRECTED WITH REVENUE OPERATIONS teammates on systems and process improvements for the sales organization.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of professional work experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Sales Finance, or another related field.
- Able to work with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-moving startup or a hyper-growth environment.
- Strong analytical, modeling, and conceptual problem-solving skills.
- EXCELLENT cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Strong Microsoft Excel / Google G-Sheets skills, familiarity with BI Tools (Tableau, Mode).
- Experience with SQL is strongly preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, familiarity with related Sales systems (Outreach, Gong, etc.).
We offer a competitive salary range of $96,000 - $168,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
