Your Role

As a Lead Technical Program Manager, you will oversee critical vehicle initiatives. These initiatives will encompass new vehicle launches, enhancements to existing models, and the integration of advanced features. You will collaborate with a team of engineers from various Centers of Excellence located globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the development, implementation, and validation of electric drive systems for mining vehicles.
  • Support strategic planning with detailed project outlines, resource allocation, and financial forecasts.
  • Act as a liaison between engineering program management and cross-functional teams, including commercial, supply chain, quality assurance, and customer relations.
  • Ensure the timely achievement of project milestones, design evaluations, and documentation.
  • Communicate project status, achievements, potential risks, and mitigation strategies to both internal stakeholders and external clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of engineering experience with a strong emphasis on project management.
  • Proven skills in estimating, scheduling, procurement, scope management, tracking, quality assurance, and escalation processes.
  • Willingness to travel for extended periods as required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership capabilities.
