Penray is seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Strategist to join our team. As a Sales Growth Strategist, you will play a critical role in driving profitable sales growth for our Personal Care Division.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sustainable, profitable growth with assigned customers.
- Manage existing customer relationships and develop new relationships in relevant departments to ensure Penray is the supplier of choice.
- Identify new customers and new product opportunities within the personal care industry to support activities at our manufacturing locations.
- Meet net sales and margin budget targets for the year.
- Execute on pricing actions and goals.
- Utilize Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools to communicate sales projects and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams on all projects.
- Compile relevant information and data related to customers and competition.
- Conduct in-person meetings with customers and partners to develop key relationships.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree required, flexible on degree of study.
- 1-3 years of sales experience.
