The Administrative Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our offices and supports our sustainable growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.

2. Manage incoming calls and correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc.).

3. Create and maintain records and databases containing personnel, financial, and other relevant data.

4. Monitor office supply inventory and place orders as needed.

5. Prepare timely reports and assist in creating presentations/proposals as required.

6. Provide support to colleagues as necessary.

Qualifications:
Years of Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an administrative role, such as office administrator or office assistant.

Language Skills:
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Education:
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with office management practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and office management software (ERP, etc.).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
