Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with leadership across Patient Care Services, Ancillary Services, Support Services, and Administration to optimize process improvement opportunities.
  • Utilizing Six Sigma and Lean principles to drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to integrate Lean Six Sigma into the hospital's operations.
  • Coaching and mentoring Green Belts to build an organizational knowledge base and improvement toolkit.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 3-5 years of experience in utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodology and tools.
  • Proven Six Sigma, Lean, and Project Management experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and deep system experience.

Education and Certification

A Bachelor's Degree is required, and certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (e.g., ASQ certification, GE Leadership Development Training, or an Accredited University program) is preferred.

Essential Skills

The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
