This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join Lockheed Martin as a Manufacturing Associate Manager. As a key member of the Camden Operations team, you will be responsible for supervising production and working closely with functional support teams to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise production employees and manage day-to-day activities to ensure 100% performance and meet schedule requirements.
- Meet PMT metrics, including cost and savings metrics, and drive continuous improvement through 6S audits, FOD prevention, and ESD control.
- Raise energy awareness and develop plans to reduce energy usage in production areas.
- Manage personnel up to and including discipline for poor job performance.
- Champion PMT meetings and processes, providing support to team leaders and setting goals for PMT's.
- Create and update production staffing plans for reporting areas.
- Maintain a regular working relationship with Product Leads and Managers to ensure production efforts support overarching program needs.

Requirements- Previous supervisory experience managing production employees and/or production supervisors.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Production schedule proficiency, production flow knowledge, strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Lean 6 sigma trained-green or black belt certified.
- Previous SAP experience.
- Ability to translate overarching contract requirements into workable production schedules.
- Experience utilizing electronic timekeeping systems.
- Knowledge of the PAC-3 products and manufacturing processes.
This position requires a government security clearance. You must be a US Citizen for consideration.
