About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join Lockheed Martin as a Manufacturing Associate Manager. As a key member of the Camden Operations team, you will be responsible for supervising production and working closely with functional support teams to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise production employees and manage day-to-day activities to ensure 100% performance and meet schedule requirements.
  • Meet PMT metrics, including cost and savings metrics, and drive continuous improvement through 6S audits, FOD prevention, and ESD control.
  • Raise energy awareness and develop plans to reduce energy usage in production areas.
  • Manage personnel up to and including discipline for poor job performance.
  • Champion PMT meetings and processes, providing support to team leaders and setting goals for PMT's.
  • Create and update production staffing plans for reporting areas.
  • Maintain a regular working relationship with Product Leads and Managers to ensure production efforts support overarching program needs.

Requirements
  • Previous supervisory experience managing production employees and/or production supervisors.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
  • Production schedule proficiency, production flow knowledge, strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Desired Skills
  • Lean 6 sigma trained-green or black belt certified.
  • Previous SAP experience.
  • Ability to translate overarching contract requirements into workable production schedules.
  • Experience utilizing electronic timekeeping systems.
  • Knowledge of the PAC-3 products and manufacturing processes.
