Position Overview:
The Claims Processing Specialist plays a crucial role in the meticulous examination of service documentation and the management of warranty submissions. This role is under the supervision of the Warranty Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluates all service documentation to ascertain warranty criteria.
  • Investigates potential warrantable service requests.
  • Handles warranty submissions for all eligible components related to capital equipment, including vehicles and trailers.
  • Facilitates the return of parts in collaboration with the Warranty department.
  • Performs data entry for shipping requests.
  • Generates reports pertaining to warranty operations, along with other daily and weekly summaries.
  • Undertakes additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant industry experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong technical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work irregular or extended hours, including nights, weekends, and potentially holidays as required by business needs.
