Key Responsibilities- Perform various laboratory tests for the Clinical Laboratory, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to laboratory staff, ensuring seamless workflow and efficient operations.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to interpret test results and provide recommendations for patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest laboratory techniques and technologies, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
- Associate's degree in Medical Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience and training.
- Board Certified ASCP Histotechnologist certification.
- 5 years of experience in histology or a related field, with a strong background in laboratory procedures and techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with medical professionals and laboratory staff.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a high level of autonomy and accountability.
