The Business Development Manager will play a key role in supporting the growth of our facial aesthetics portfolio. This includes working closely with our sales team to develop and execute strategies to drive adoption of our products.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development plans to drive growth of our facial aesthetics portfolio
- Work closely with our sales team to develop and execute strategies to drive adoption of our products
- Provide technical product and procedure expertise to customers and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of successful medical sales or practice management experience
- 7-10 years of business experience
- Experience and knowledge of general marketing principles and concepts within the healthcare environment
- Experience and knowledge of inner workings of a physician's practice
- Valid driver's license

Additional Information:
The compensation range for this role is $80,500 - $153,000. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees. This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
