Job Title: Banking Call Center Agent

Randstad is seeking a skilled Banking Call Center Agent to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound customer service calls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Enter conversations into a database to be followed up with, gathering detailed information from customers to understand how to assist them
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system
  • Stay updated on products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services
