Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Call Center Representative to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and their care partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage phone and message inquiries from patients and their care partners
  • Navigate complex healthcare systems, including insurance, billing, and appointment management
  • Collaborate with providers and operations team members to complete urgent tasks
  • Utilize impeccable communication skills to ensure a positive virtual experience
  • Master our technology suite, including Slack, Google Suite, Zoom, and 1Life

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of high-volume contact center experience and 1 additional year of direct customer service experience
  • 2 years of high-touch, patient-facing healthcare service roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including impeccable phone manner
  • Strong multitasking skills with proficiency in computers and phones
