Healthcare Call Center Representative

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Call Center Representative to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and their care partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage phone and message inquiries from patients and their care partners
- Navigate complex healthcare systems, including insurance, billing, and appointment management
- Collaborate with providers and operations team members to complete urgent tasks
- Utilize impeccable communication skills to ensure a positive virtual experience
- Master our technology suite, including Slack, Google Suite, Zoom, and 1Life
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of high-volume contact center experience and 1 additional year of direct customer service experience
- 2 years of high-touch, patient-facing healthcare service roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including impeccable phone manner
- Strong multitasking skills with proficiency in computers and phones
