Job Title: Logistics Call Center Agent (Shipper Support)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Logistics Call Center Agent to join our team. As a Dispatcher Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for coordinating and communicating with drivers, warehouses, and facilities to ensure smooth delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Remote Gate Agent, verifying and identifying specifications on trucks and processes
  • Coordinate and communicate with drivers, warehouses, and facilities to ensure timely delivery
  • Provide updates and resolve issues in a fast-paced, high-metric environment
  • Speak with high-volume delivery drivers, handling approximately 200 calls per day

Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years of high-volume call center customer support experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-metric environment with a high sense of urgency
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a 100% onsite environment in Tempe, AZ

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $21
  • Standard Monday-Friday morning shift (8 AM - 5 PM PST)
  • 6-month contract with potential for conversion to permanent employee
  • Opportunity to work a hybrid schedule (2 remote days per week) upon conversion
