Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Call Center Representative to join our team at Collabera. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling all treasury products and supporting commercial and business banking clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to treasury products
  • Provide exceptional customer service to commercial and business banking clients
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience in customer service in an enterprise banking or financial call center environment
  • Strong soft skills, with a focus on client delight
  • Multitasker, with ability to work between computer systems
  • Receptive to feedback, growth-minded, trainable, and willing to learn
  • Proactive communication, with a focus on timeliness and engagement
  • Self-motivated, with ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with treasury products and commercial banking
  • Knowledge of financial industry regulations and compliance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
