Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team at Gateway Solutions. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure computer hardware and software
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
  • Migrate user data and profiles
  • Document technical procedures and processes
  • Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in computer hardware, software, and networking
  • Skilled in different types of computer hardware, software, peripherals, and components
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow call tracking system
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
