Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production and maintenance employees to achieve optimal plant performance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production and maintenance, with supervisory experience preferred.

  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business results.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
