Job Summary

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our properties, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and running smoothly. This role requires a strong background in maintenance and repair, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks
  • Manage and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols
  • Collaborate with maintenance team members to ensure effective communication and problem-solving
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential maintenance issues
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance
