Job SummaryNorthpoint Asset Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor/Estimator to oversee maintenance activities, conduct property inspections, and estimate repair costs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property maintenance, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to provide accurate cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in planning, coordinating, and overseeing maintenance activities for single-family residential properties.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for repairs, renovations, and maintenance projects.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to obtain quotes and schedule maintenance work.
  • Monitor and track maintenance requests, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and cost estimates.
  • Ensure that all maintenance work is completed in accordance with company standards and local regulations.
  • Assist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize repair costs and prolong property life.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to property owners and tenants, addressing maintenance-related inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or vocational training in property management, construction, or a related field is preferred.
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Pass background screening.
