Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

At Link Property Management, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, including residential and commercial units, offices, and community amenities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance.
  • Manage and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient use of resources.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules, budgets, and procedures to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a property management setting.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Working Conditions:

The Maintenance Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, often in a variety of settings, including residential and commercial units, offices, and community amenities. The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work at heights. The supervisor will also be required to work in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and inclement weather.
