Apartment Maintenance Supervisor Job Opportunity

Are you a skilled maintenance professional looking for a new challenge? BGSF is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to lead our maintenance team and ensure the smooth operation of our properties. As an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing common apartment service requests, scheduling large community maintenance projects, and managing a team of maintenance professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair common apartment service requests, including HVAC and pool repair
  • Schedule large community maintenance projects and ensure timely completion
  • Manage a team of maintenance professionals and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing and electrical work
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
  • HVAC/EPA certification required; CPO license preferred
  • Dependable transportation to and from work
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
