Senior Director of Donor Relations and Stewardship

Collaborate with the Division and university stakeholders to develop and implement a comprehensive donor relations and stewardship strategy.
Work closely with fundraisers, senior administrators, faculty, and staff to build long-term donor relationships and enhance the university's reputation.
Ensure timely and meaningful recognition of donors, including acknowledgement and stewardship reporting.
Partner with Constituent Relations staff, fundraisers, and senior administrators to plan and execute donor recognition events.
Evaluate potential naming opportunities for capital projects and develop standards and policies for recognition.
Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to develop a comprehensive marketing plan for donor stewardship.
Develop and manage work for the university's giving societies.
Serve as the division's liaison to Facilities Management Services for capital projects.
Coordinate assessment activities for capital campaigns, including prospect analysis and campaign timelines.
Other duties as assigned.

Required QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in constituent relationship, development, or volunteer management.
Demonstrated experience leading project-based teams or staff members.
Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Office with technical aptitude to learn role-specific software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to design, implement, and evaluate programs and processes.
Preferred QualificationsAbility to work flexible hours, including some nights and weekends.
