Job Title: Burn Trauma Surgical ICU Nurse

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Burn Trauma Surgical Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients and families in a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts.
  • Able to work weekend rotation per the MNA contract.
