Job Title: Cardiac Intensive Care Unit Nurse

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our CVICU. The ideal candidate will have current CCU experience and a strong background in cardiology. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional care and working collaboratively with a talented team, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized care to patients in the CVICU, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in cardiology.
Requirements:
  • Education: Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts.
  • Experience: Current CCU experience required; 1 year of cardiology experience preferred.
  • Other: Membership in professional organizations is recommended, and certification in a specialty area is encouraged.
