About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Mass General Brigham. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to a diverse adult population.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including those requiring ventilatory support, hemodynamic monitoring, and multiple infusions.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and manage patient's hemodynamic status, including blood pressure, cardiac output, and oxygen saturation.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and unit efficiency.
Requirements
  • BSN required (CCRN preferred)
  • Massachusetts Registered Nurse Licensure required
  • BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers required upon hire
  • ACLS must be obtained within orientation
  • ICU experience preferred
