We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Medical Intensive Care Unit at Mass General Brigham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Medical Intensive Care Unit
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and manage patient symptoms, medications, and treatments
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • Current registration in Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 2 years of current nursing experience in Oncology or Intermediate/Medical/Surgical or Critical Care
  • ACLS and CCRN certification preferred
  • Ability to work weekend rotation per the MNA contract
