About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rehabilitation Director to lead our team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech language pathologists. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality therapy services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide on-site leadership and management of our therapy team, ensuring that our services are delivered to the highest standards of clinical excellence and evidence-based practice.
  • Clinical Oversight: Monitor and assess the quality of care provided by our therapy team, intervening when necessary to guide improvements and ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Staff Development: Mentor and lead ongoing professional development and training programs for our therapy team, fostering their clinical skills, professional growth, and adherence to best practices in patient care.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Facilitate and encourage effective collaboration among our therapy team, ensuring a multidisciplinary approach is used to maximize outcomes.
  • Resource Management: Allocate physical, financial, and human resources efficiently across our sites to meet the operational needs of our therapy services, optimizing patient care and staff satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in an accredited Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology Program.
  • License/Certification: Current license/certification in the state of practice.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in healthcare, with a long-term care setting preferred.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of Medicare, insurance, and resident rights.
