Job Description

TikTok is a leading destination for short-form mobile video, and our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. As a Product Marketing Manager for Global Sales Tools and Insights, you will play a crucial role in enabling TikTok's advertising business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with regional GTM teams, global and regional sales teams, and product teams to keep stakeholders informed, set product adoption goals, develop GTM strategies, track and analyze performance, and drive adoption of sales tools and insights.
  • Drive and influence product strategy and process optimization, proactively identify problems, align on priorities, and set direction for product team.
  • Responsible for synthesizing and prioritizing business requirements in partnership with GTM partners.
  • Build strong, trusting partnerships to readily mobilize people and influence across a broad range of partners, leaders, and organizations.
Requirements:

  • At least 35 years of product marketing or product operations experience in digital advertising, media, or tech industries.
  • Experience managing complex cross-functional teams, track record of influencing behavior at a variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional leaders.
