Your Role in Our Mission

You'll be the face of Reward Gateway, consulting with HR professionals to understand their business objectives and tailor a solution to their unique challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound calling to schedule consultative demos with HR leadership (60% blended warm and cold leads)
  • Delivering a consultative sales approach with insights aligned to solutions to key business challenges, identified through a detailed discovery process
  • Developing a target account strategy to maximize lead generation, qualification, and conversion, potentially partnering with SDRs or operations
  • Delivering quality and consistency in sales calls, web pitches, and face-to-face presentations

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven sales success within a consultative B2B environment, with HR solution or recognition sales being an advantage
  • Experience in a consultative sales cycle, including presenting to C-level executives is essential
  • Excellent discovery, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • A proven innovator with a strong bias for action
