Role Overview
As a Business Development Representative at Crayon, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for building brand awareness and consulting with companies on how they can gain a competitive edge.

BDRs at Crayon work closely with Account Executives to execute outreach strategies and build pipeline to overachieve company goals. You will conduct exploratory conversations with potential customers, use your business acumen to identify how Crayon could help a business grow, and successfully position the Crayon value proposition.

About the Job:
Work collaboratively with Sales Executives to develop and implement effective prospecting strategies
Schedule discovery meetings for Sales Executives to further assess a prospect's business and potential for partnership with Crayon
Conduct needs qualification calls with specific prospects as assigned
Develop a strong understanding of our product offerings and services to effectively communicate value to potential customers
A little about us:
We offer a base salary of $65,000 per year and commission structure, allowing you to earn up to an additional $20,000 annually. We also provide medical, dental, vision, 401k, generous paid parental leave, take-what-you-need paid time off, and an inclusive culture.
