Job Description

The US Head of Sales is responsible for providing strategic leadership to drive growth and mutual profitability throughout the sales organization. This involves developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, communicate, and execute sales strategies that enhance brand positioning and drive financial goals

">

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth

">

• Set sales targets, performance metrics, and KPIs for the sales team

">

• Drive sales results through distributors and authorized channels

">

• Manage direct channel sales and guide key accounts sales structure

">

• Oversee sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting

">

• Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management

">

• Manage sales tools and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness

">

• Prepare and manage sales budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation

">

• Monitor sales expenses and profitability, taking corrective actions as necessary
