About the Role:

Coupa Software is seeking an experienced Mid-Market Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key player in driving new business growth, you will be responsible for identifying and serving prospective customers within our mid-market account segment.

Your Impact:

  • You will significantly contribute to our organization's success by expanding our market presence and revenue growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • As a quota-carrying sales professional, you will take ownership of your territory, meeting or exceeding sales quotas, and driving new business results.
  • You will engage with multiple stakeholders across departments and levels, identifying pain points and decision-makers to develop comprehensive account development plans.
  • You will establish yourself as a trusted advisor, providing proactive thought leadership and addressing prospect concerns and objections.

What You Will Do:

  • You will prospect, build pipeline, and sell Coupa's cloud-based spend management solutions to mid-market organizations.
  • You will collaborate with internal teams and partners to create joint vision roadmaps, demonstrating the value Coupa will deliver to customers.
  • You will leverage your expertise in leading multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing deals to drive business results.

Requirements:

  • You must have strong and demonstrable experience in software sales, specifically selling to mid-market customers.
  • You should possess executive presence, self-motivation, and resilience.
  • You should have expertise in leading multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing deals.
  • You should have a proven track record of proactively hunting new business opportunities.
  • You should have experience selling business value to Finance and Business customers, focusing on ROI and TCO models rather than product features.
