Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily in-person sales meetings with small and medium-sized enterprises in your designated area.
  • Establish strong professional relationships and build trust with clients.
  • Engage with key decision-makers and arrange presentations of our supplemental benefits programs to their employees.
  • Report daily sales metrics at the end of each workday.
  • Submit weekly work schedules and objectives to your team leader.
  • Participate in networking events to generate new leads and referrals.
  • Regularly service existing client accounts.
  • Input client information into the CRM system on a weekly basis.

The Sales and Leadership Representative dedicates part of their week to achieving personal sales targets while also training and mentoring new sales agents, assisting them in developing their skills and reaching their goals. Strong sales abilities and some experience in mentorship or leadership are essential for this position.

Additional Qualifications:

Must possess or be willing to obtain a Health & Life producer license (licensing reimbursement available).
