Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily in-person sales visits to small and medium-sized enterprises within your designated area.
  • Establish and nurture strong professional relationships with clients.
  • Engage with key decision-makers to arrange presentations of our supplemental benefits programs to their employees.
  • Report daily sales metrics at the end of each day.
  • Submit weekly work schedules and objectives to your team leader.
  • Participate in networking events to generate new leads and referrals.
  • Regularly service existing client accounts.
  • Input client information into the CRM system on a weekly basis.

The Field Sales Trainer dedicates part of their week to achieving personal sales goals while also mentoring new sales agents, helping them develop their skills and reach their targets. Strong sales abilities, along with mentorship or leadership experience, are essential for this role.

Additional Qualifications:

Must possess or be willing to obtain a Health & Life producer license (licensing reimbursement available).
