Compensation:$110,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:- Identify potential homebuyers and provide them with insights on available properties that align with their preferences and financial plans.
- Engage with prospects through various communication channels to integrate them into the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads.
- Serve as the liaison between buyers and sellers to facilitate a successful transaction.
- Prepare essential documents such as representation agreements, purchase contracts, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a seamless experience for all clients.
- Organize open houses to familiarize clients with their local real estate market.
- Must reside and work in the DC, Maryland, or Virginia region to be eligible for this position.
- Proficient in both English and Spanish.
- A valid real estate license is necessary (candidates currently pursuing their license are encouraged to apply).
- Previous sales experience is advantageous.
- A proven history of successful real estate transactions is preferred.
- Persistence and determination are essential.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
