Compensation:

$110,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential homebuyers and provide them with insights on available properties that align with their preferences and financial plans.
  • Engage with prospects through various communication channels to integrate them into the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads.
  • Serve as the liaison between buyers and sellers to facilitate a successful transaction.
  • Prepare essential documents such as representation agreements, purchase contracts, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a seamless experience for all clients.
  • Organize open houses to familiarize clients with their local real estate market.
Required Qualifications:
  • Must reside and work in the DC, Maryland, or Virginia region to be eligible for this position.
  • Proficient in both English and Spanish.
  • A valid real estate license is necessary (candidates currently pursuing their license are encouraged to apply).
  • Previous sales experience is advantageous.
  • A proven history of successful real estate transactions is preferred.
  • Persistence and determination are essential.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
