Position Overview

We are in search of a skilled Technical Program Manager to collaborate with our executive leadership in spearheading and managing multiple initiatives within our global IP Pre-sales application engineering (FAE) division.

About Our Silicon IP Business

Our Silicon IP division focuses on accelerating the integration of advanced capabilities into System on Chip (SoC) designs. We provide the most extensive portfolio of silicon IP, including pre-designed blocks for digital, memory, interfaces, analog, security, and embedded processors. Our goal is to assist clients in meeting specific performance, power, and size requirements for their applications while facilitating quicker market entry with minimized risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage critical, intricate projects to successful completion alongside the FAEs.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for cross-functional teams across various geographical and organizational landscapes.
  • Oversee executive-level communications and reporting for complex projects.
  • Develop and implement processes and tools to support engagements from RFI to closure.
  • Gather and disseminate best practices within the team to enhance business operations.
  • Champion additional organizational initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 10-15 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree/PhD with 5-10 years of experience.
• Strong technical foundation in areas pertinent to SoC development, including design, validation, testing, and quality assurance.
• Previous program management experience in the semiconductor sector or a related field, with a solid understanding of the SoC design lifecycle; knowledge of Silicon IP is advantageous.
• Exceptional leadership, time management, and organizational capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both customer-facing and internal, with proficiency in written and verbal communication across various management levels.
• Strong abilities in risk identification, analysis, and problem-solving.
• Proven teamwork and collaboration skills, with a commitment to supporting peers.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems and data analytics is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is between $137,000 and $205,000. This role may also qualify for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
