Position Summary:

Your leadership will be crucial in delivering high-performance technology subsystems efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management
  • Engage with Central Engineering technology leads, Solution Engineering (SE) technology development, and SE power & performance teams to create, sustain, and drive a comprehensive technology roadmap.
  • Lead the program from inception to completion, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders on technical issues as necessary.
  • Oversee Project Operation Reviews (PORs) and ensure timely milestone achievements.
  • Track essential quality metrics, including design reviews and checklist evaluations to uphold design integrity.
  • Facilitate prompt resolution of change requests related to features, quality, and design efficiency.
  • Conduct investigations into technical trade-offs to optimize Power, Performance, and Area (PPA).
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Deep expertise in the IP technology relevant to your role.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and benchmarks for power and performance in both pre- and post-silicon contexts.
  • Comprehensive understanding of System on Chip (SoC) design principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., design/verification methodologies, physical design).
  • Outstanding communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building robust relationships across diverse teams.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in integration, design verification, and implementation of high-performance CPU, GPU, and SoC chassis components (e.g., Interconnect, Peripheral, Power Management, Security, Safety, PDN, etc.).
Compensation:

Salary ranges from USD 201,025 to USD 271,975.
