Client Account Lead
Position Summary
The Client Account Lead is tasked with fostering and nurturing robust relationships with client organizations. This position requires a keen understanding of client requirements, offering tailored staffing solutions, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong sales capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and a comprehensive knowledge of the staffing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute strategic account plans aimed at achieving sales and revenue objectives.
- Establish and sustain strong connections with key stakeholders within client organizations.
- Assess client needs and devise personalized staffing solutions to address those needs.
- Engage in contract negotiations and pricing discussions with clients.
- Oversee the complete sales process from lead generation to contract finalization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee the effective delivery of staffing services.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess account performance.
- Demonstrated experience in sales or account management.
- Willingness to be present at client sites 3-4 days per week.
- Map accounts and create organizational charts.
- Manage multiple locations across the region.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or account management, ideally within the staffing industry.
- Proven success in meeting and surpassing sales targets.
- Strong grasp of staffing industry trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
