Key Responsibilities:
The Fleet Vehicle Maintenance Specialist is accountable for the precise and timely upkeep of both Club Fleet-owned and customer vehicles, which include passenger cars and light to medium-duty trucks. Your duties will encompass:
  • Conducting a variety of repairs, including but not limited to: engine repairs (gas and diesel), automatic and manual transmission diagnostics and repairs, suspension and steering repairs, brake systems (including ABS/traction control), electrical systems, and heating and air conditioning.
  • Completing all necessary documentation accurately, including repair details on work orders and information for state and emission inspections.
  • Verifying that repairs are executed correctly by re-testing systems and conducting road tests as needed.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of specialized skills and continually enhancing your technical expertise to adapt to various work assignments.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned.

What You Bring:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates possessing 3+ years of relevant experience as an Automotive Technician.
  • National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification in at least three categories or equivalent manufacturer certification, with the ability to obtain required certifications within the first year of employment.
  • A valid driver's license that you maintain.
  • Successful completion of pre-and post-employment screenings, including criminal, drug, and motor vehicle checks, along with passing a physical examination as mandated by the Department of Transportation.
  • Proficient in using PC-based automotive diagnostic equipment and software applications.
  • Capability to operate both passenger vehicles and light to medium-duty trucks with both automatic and manual transmissions.
