Concierge Representative

At Equinox, we're passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to our members. As a Concierge Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our members receive the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound and outbound communications with members, leads, and guests via phone, email, text, social media, and chat.
  • Handle member and guest interactions with the utmost care and attention to detail.
  • Resolve member complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist members and guests with inquiries about club amenities, hours of operation, staff, events, and ancillary businesses.
  • Participate in Concierge campaigns and outreach initiatives.
  • Save members from cancelling by reselling memberships, converting to freezes, or transferring to another club.
  • Abide by Equinox policies and procedures when handling member cases.
  • Achieve and exceed response and save goals.
Requirements:
  • Customer service orientation and experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solutions-oriented, organized, and detail-focused.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and MotionSoft a plus.
  • High School Diploma required.
