Job Description

Signature Aviation is a leading global aviation services provider with a presence in over 220 locations worldwide. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a team that delivers exceptional customer experiences, ensuring the success of our fixed base operations (FBOs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm welcome to Signature Aviation and addressing customer needs promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company procedures.
  • Offer additional Signature services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of Signature's facilities, services, and surrounding areas to provide informed assistance to customers.
  • Enforce good cleanliness practices and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Provide concierge services, including arranging hotel stays, ground transportation, and catering appointments as requested.
  • Assist pilots with access to airport and weather information, portals, and computers.
  • Support visitors with luggage and provide assistance with aircraft marshaling, wing walking, and other tasks as needed.
  • Adhere to emergency response procedures and ensure the safety of customers and colleagues.
  • Recommend improvements to Signature's standards, procedures, and practices to management.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude, courtesy, and professionalism at all times.
  • Understand and comply with all security protocols, including physical, cyber, and data security.
  • Create accurate records of time worked and activities performed.

Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Valid state license required for locations where driving is necessary.
  • Professional appearance and ability to pass background checks, drug tests, and obtain an airport security badge.
  • Legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
  • Ability to complete Signature's training programs and use a computer and email.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to perform simple arithmetic and basic computer tasks.
  • Preferred: 3-6 months of experience in aviation, FBO, hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
  • Preferred: knowledge of radio procedures and protocols.
